Universal library

Your 'universal library' houses sections and options that can be used across the application. It is categorised by sections which mirror the tabs on the note interface. The purpose of the library is to house the sections and their associated options that you will use to create your patient note.

Managing your library

  • The library is categorised by section
  • Your can house as many sections as you need
  • A section can house as many options as you need
  • You can add a new section and option within your library.
  • You can add a new section or option when creating or editing a new note or template
  • For options with a lot of text, it is beneficial to use a short descriptive label
  • Your library can house duplicate options but not within a section
  • Sections can be copied
  • When a section is copied, the associated options are also included

Library and templates

  • If you update a library option, it will be updated across all your templates
  • If you delete an option, it will be deleted from all your templates
  • If you import a 'ready made' Praccelerate template, the associated options will automatically populate your library
