Library

The 'Library' houses your sections and options that are used across the application. It is categorised by sections which mirror the tabs on the template and patient note interface.

Library sections

  • The library is categorised by sections
  • Your can house as many sections as you need
  • You can add a new section within your library
  • Sections can be copied with the associated options included
  • If you rename a library section, it will be updated across all your templates
  • If you delete a section, it will be deleted (together with all the options) from your templates
  • You can view what sections are visible on which templates by clicking the '3 dots' icon

Library options

  • The sections within your library house options
  • You can house as many options as you need within a section
  • You can have duplicate options but not within a section
  • If you update a library option, it will be updated across all your templates
  • If you delete an option, it will be deleted from all your templates
  • If you create a new option when building your templates (template mode), it will automatically be added to your library.
  • If you create a new option when creating a patient note (patient mode), it will not be added to your library
  • You can view what options are visible on which templates by clicking the '3 dots' icon

Importing a template

If you import a 'ready made' Praccelerate template, the associated sections and options will automatically populate your library.


Cleaning up your library

You can clean up your library and remove any section or option that is not included in a template by clicking the '3 dots' icon in the top right.
