Sharing a note

Once a note has been submitted, a PDF is created and can be shared digitally with 3rd parties.

• The submitted note is locked and no further edits can be made.
• The method of sharing is device specific. E.g. email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• An optional passcode can be added to the PDF.
• If you do not want to add a passcode, simply click the 'skip' button in the top right.

To share your submitted note, click the 'share' icon in the top right.

Important:

• It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the method of sharing is compliant in the jurisdiction you are operating.
• The account user must provide the recipient with the passcode to open the PDF, and this must be done outside of the application.
