You can sign into your account with the email address and password you set on account creation.


Two factor authentication

For security, the application will occasionally ask you to verify the mobile number associated with your account. A text message will be sent with a verification code to enter in order to sign in. Mobile numbers can be added and removed by going to the Two factor authentication settings within your Account.


Biometric sign In

Local device authentication is supported on the iOS and Android mobile apps (not the browser) to enable you to sign in without entering a password.

Go to Account > Settings.

iOS: Face ID, Touch ID and passcode depending on device availability.

Android: Face recognition, fingerprint recognition and passcode depending on device availability.
