Export data

For audit purposes, you can export a CSV file of both your Op notes and Discharge data. Simply go to the 'Archive' tab of your 'Notes' screen and click the 'Export data' button.

Zip file

For compliance with the Australian Privacy Act, a passcode must be set to secure the zip file and subsequently open it.

• The passcode can be letters or numbers
• The passcode must be at least 4 characters (numbers or letters)
• The zip file will contain 2 CSV files (one for your op notes and the other for your discharge data).

Important: to open the zip file on Windows, you will need to install a 3rd party extension such as 7zip.
